Areeban Industries is a parent company build businesses across multiple sectors. Founded by Sabeel Malik on 7 July 2025, Areeban was established with a long-term businesses focused on premium products, customer experience, and sustainable growth.
Our StoryThe journey began before Areeban Industries was formally launched.
On 20 March 2025, Sabeel Malik started a digital solutions agency known as DM Agency. The initial venture did not develop as expected, which became an important learning experience and contributed to the decision to build a broader business structure.
After considerable planning, Areeban Industries was officially launched on 7 July 2025.
Areeban initially entered the Food & Beverage sector with packaged chips and namkeen products. While the venture provided valuable practical experience, it also faced significant business challenges and was eventually paused.
ather than treating the setback as an endpoint, Areeban used the experience as a foundation for restructuring.
The company transitioned from being focused on a single business category into a parent company designed to develop and operate businesses across different sectors.
As part of this transition, DM Agency was restructured and became Areeban Infotech, bringing digital solutions under the Areeban Industries umbrella.
In July 2026, Areeban expanded its portfolio further with the launch of Areeban Jewels, an online jewellery brand focused on premium artificial jewellery designed around luxury, comfort, and contemporary style.
Today, Areeban Industries operates with a focused portfolio while continuing to explore opportunities for future expansion.
